The Florida Public Health Scholars program is a free, immersive summer experience for rising high school juniors and seniors interested in exploring dynamic careers in public health!

This Program will take place from June 12 to July 19, 2024 (no activities July 1-5) and consist of:

• Online modules on Public Health topics

• Live webinars with Public Health professionals from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences

• Activities in a local Public Health setting

• Brief and interactive final project

Application deadline: Friday, May 17, 2024

There is no fee to participate in this program. A limited number of applicants will be accepted.

A stipend will be provided to cover the costs directly associated with participant travel, meals, supplies, etc.

Participants must have Internet access and transportation to complete the components of the program.
